When one meets Dr. Victoria Brown, they can immediately gauge her professionalism and skill. Her 15 years plus of experience in business development was birthed just outside her being involuntarily laid off from a full-time position at a major non-profit organization, in which she was instrumental in securing and managing millions of dollars of grant funding. With tears in her eyes that day and faith in her heart, she was able to shift her focus to what was necessary in establishing her rightful place as the Founding CEO of a successful community service organization for youth, young adults, and families serving the inner city of Detroit, Michigan.
Victoria has traveled extensively, working with corporations and ministries serving on various business development projects including creating, branding, and building corporate identities with proven models for rebuilding entities through developed marketing strategies. Dr. Brown is the founder of Jireh Business Consulting, a non-profit 501 c 3 non-traditional business incubator for start-ups and existing business projects and placement. Jireh Business Consulting is instrumental in developing, managing, and partnering with programming for budding and existing entrepreneurs.
The organization is in partnership with several business feats that provide services to a myriad of business clientele, personal consumers, and professional customers. These business partnerships provide services to the incubator clients in the areas of marketing, legal, accounting, credit restoration, counseling, human resources, business management, various insurance needs and funding.
Partnerships with Global Enterprises Team (GET) allows clients to have access to technical assistance for companies and individual’s operations for tax liability consulting, capitalization, operation infrastructure, strategic planning and coordination of alliances that can enhance the startups opportunity for success. Some of GET experiences have included managing a Real Estate Development Portfolio with over $80 million dollars in projects, eliminating over $1 million dollars in tax liability from 2009 through 2012, creating strategy and organizational structures that avoided tax liability on high cash disbursement transactions therefore projecting net profits. GET has also been influential with negotiating with the IRS and preparing filings for organizations that aligned with IRS regulations to avoid or lower penalties, release liens, release tax levies, lower interest, eliminate tax liabilities. Global has prepared proposals that resulted in financing of over $50 million dollars in development projects, identified new markets, conceptualized capitalization programs, syndicated projects and influenced buy-in from stakeholders and private investors which resulted in cash flows of over $100K per week, revenues of over $1.2M per quarter and netted over 30% return with investments of 5%, and developed joint venture relationships by conceptualizing and managing the programs that increased revenues for stakeholders and investors resulting in passive income of over $100K annually per client.
The professional relationships led by Dr. Victoria Brown has enabled her to build an effective full service firm working with corporations and ministries throughout the U.S. Her business practices in client development has helped many clients declare the structure and resources they needed to grow their organization. She offers her services to work collectively with corporate staff that may already have in place.
Born in Saginaw Michigan during the height of what was known as industrial driven economy, she started school as a first generation college student. Her education experiences include an Associate’s Degree from Delta College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and African American Studies from Eastern Michigan University, a Master’s Degree in Community College from Eastern Michigan University, an Educational Specialist Degree in School Counseling & Supervision from Wayne State University, and a Doctorate Degree in Education from Wayne State University.
